Refund Policy

Payments 

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Credit Card; and
  • PayPal

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

In the event that we have concerns about your payment potentially conflicting with any legal requirements or our Terms and Conditions, we may need to review and address the transaction accordingly.

 

Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Not as Described: The product or service received doesn't match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with Quality: The quality of the product or service falls significantly short of expectations.
  • Billing Errors: You were charged an incorrect amount, or there was a billing error in the transaction.
  • Cancellation: You want to cancel your order and/or course access within the allowed refund period.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Downloadable Templates

When it comes to physical products, returning them usually results in a refund. However, with digital products like our templates, things work a bit differently. Once you've purchased our templates, you'll have access to the data indefinitely—it's yours to keep. Unlike physical items that can be sent back, digital files remain accessible on your computer or device even if you choose to email them back to us.

 

Refunds for Services

We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

  • Coaching sessions that have been attended.

Any remaining services that have not been consumed will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled within 30 days after purchase of coaching sessions is made.
